Deeply Rooted Methods
Support for children, youth, and parents focused on regulation, connection, and creating calmer, more sustainable family rhythms.

Virtual meet + greet
A Meet & Greet is a short, supportive introduction designed to help you decide if working together feels like the right fit. This session offers a gentle space to share what’s bringing you here, ask questions, and get a sense of my approach without pressure or commitment.
Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, the Meet + Greet allows us to connect, explore your goals + next steps at a pace that feels comfortable. It’s especially helpful if you’re feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or new to counselling or coaching.
During this session, we may:
-
Briefly discuss your current concerns or goals
-
Explore what kind of support may be most helpful
-
Review session options, availability, and fit
-
Answer any questions you have about the process
This is not a therapy or coaching session, but a brief starting point ~ a chance to feel supported, informed, and grounded before moving forward.
