Ronna works with the entire family unit - children, youth, parents, caregivers or others.
What can I expect from our first meeting?
During our first meeting together we will review the intake document, confidentiality and get to know each other. This is an opportunity to explore your current challenges, needs and goals moving forward.
Will counselling or consultations with Ronna be covered under my extended health benefits?
Yes, the services of a Registered Social Worker (RSW) are covered under most extended health benefits but please consult with your provider. Sessions will be paid for and an receipt provided to submit to your provider directly for reimbursement.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance or the full fee will be charged. This provides space to open the appointment to other clients who are waiting for services.
